APPLICATION

MCTA with Lactamator™ is used for detection and enumeration of microorganisms with inactivation of antibiotics and disinfectants/antiseptics.

Lactamator™ is an innovative enzyme developed by CPC Biotech and specifically designed for the inactivation of a wide range of beta-lactam antibiotics.  It efficiently inactivates penicillins,
cephalosporins of first, second, third, fourth, fifth generation and penems.
