Our ready-to-use culture media support all the manufacturing areas that require microbiological testing or monitoring, like in pharmaceutical and cosmetics plant.

Each batch of irradiated plates is tested and certified for pH, sterility, fertility (growth promotion test and / or inhibition test) and enzymatic tests, using validated instruments, ATCC strains, in compliance with strict procedures of the Quality Control department of CPC Biotech. Our production approach ensures the highest quality levels and easy use for all media.

Our culture media are made for active and passive air sampling and for surfaces and personnel monitoring allowing safe and efficient monitoring of microorganisms during the manufacturing process and to obtain fast and reliable results.

The strengths of our plates are:

– the presence of a Data Matrix barcode on each plate for secure and paperless identification of the individual plates;

– Packaging with triple film, impervious to VHP and sterilized by gamma irradiation for a safe entry into clean rooms and isolators;

– The presence of the europhore c allows a uniform and complete sterilization of each pack;

– The choice of a first packaging of 5 plates to minimize material waste once the package is opened;

– Stability at room temperature that allows storage in the place of use;

– Long shelf life for fewer checks on incoming goods;

– Addition of neutralizers of a wide range of disinfectants and ß-lactam antibiotics;

– Use of raw materials BSE-TSE free.
