As a landmark for antibiotics manufacturers and international regulatory organizations in pharmaceutical sector, CPC Biotech has developed highly innovative products for antibiotics inactivation needed for:

CPC Biotech has also been the first company able to develop a broad range beta-lactamase available as liquid sterile ready to use (Lactamator^TM) and is the first one offering a product dedicated to Macrolids inactivation (Macroduster^TM). We also build up specific and customized enzymes with particular activities as, for example, Carmbamator^TM, highly active on Penems.

CPC Biotech has also recently developed heparin lyase enzymes (Heparinase I/II/III) which recognize heparin and/or heparan sulphate as substrate producing low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) which have gradually replaced unfractionated heparin (UFH) in the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases because of several clinical advantages.
